Maintain a computerised database of all employee details.
Register you and your company with the Inland Revenue.
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly computerised payroll calculation.
Computerised payslips and payroll summary report.
Incorporate holiday entitlement, sick pay, statutory maternity pay and tax credits within the payroll calculation.
Advise of the monthly total PAYE tax and national insurance contributions due to the Inland Revenue and appropriate deadlines.
Secure Pay Limited forwards the cheques and payslips to the Inland Revenue on your behalf.
Deals with payroll queries from the Inland Revenue.
Complete Inland Revenue forms e.g. P45 and P46.
Complete end of year returns forms P35, P60 and P14.
Preparation of interim or annual dividend counterfoils for each class of company shares.
Completion and submission of forms P11d, detailing company benefits and incentives for each employee.
